relationship,

there's something

about being

alone.

is it because we

can better hear

our heart

in the quiet?

better see

God's goodness

when we look

at his creation

of mountains

and ocean

than we can

when we stare

at the faces

of broken

people?

how often

do i chase

a feeling

and expect

something else

to make me

feel alive?

life here

is not how it

should be.

our souls intertwine

nonetheless.

the shards of

our lives

impact

everyone

we contact.

yet.

somehow.

redemption.

life will not

make

sense.

but.

redemption anyway.

love the person

in front of you.

let God speak

in the valleys

and on the

mountaintops.

when storms

rage

when men

rampage.

be still.

be still and know.

he died

that we may live.
