new day

I'm reminded this early morning of a song (usually sung in my iTunes library by michael buble) that croons "it's a new dawn, it's a new day, it's a new life for me...and I'm feeling good"

It is a new day. And for that I'm immensely grateful. 

Today we are house hunting. Basically we're starting from scratch as all 2 of the houses that I really liked last time have both gone under contract and off the market.

So we'll see what today has to offer.

Scratch that and reverse it. Our realtor is under the weather

hence, no house hunting today, and sadly, we'll have to wait a week plus.

I'm more than a little frustrated!!
